We recently completed construction of a new 80,000 sq/ft, climate-controlled facility with leading-edge technology from which we’re able to provide our customers with solutions to their needs. Bearon Manufacturing, LLC originated in 1980 as Keystone Enterprises in Wrightsville, PA as a supplier of machined components used in shipbuilding and commercial applications.
From 1985 to 1992 the company included New Holland Brass, Bronze, and Aluminum which provided castings for a wide range of industries.
The company began operating as Bearon Corporation in 1989 and moved to the Greenfield Corporate Center in Lancaster, PA in 1994 to accommodate continued growth.
Penn El Service Company in West Chester, Pa was acquired by Bearon in 1997, supplementing the existing operation with the production of cable fittings and packing for naval ships.
In 2000, Bearon acquired B&B Machine in Manheim, PA. B&B, an established CNC machine shop, supplied the additional machining capacity needed to support Bearon’s expanding sales and customer base.
A new, fully air-conditioned, 35,000 sq/ft building was constructed in Manheim, PA in 2003, allowing all the facilities to be consolidated at one location.
In April 2013, Bearon was acquired by DVCC, Inc., a global industrial holding company based in Chestertown, Maryland, which includes Dixon Valve & Coupling Company, LLC, and numerous manufacturing facilities.
In February 2019, Bearon purchased the assets of Bearon Aquatics, a manufacturer of fountains, aerators, and ice eaters. In late 2019 Yardley Inserts merged with Bearon moving to the Bearon facility in March 2020. Yardley Inserts is a manufacturer of threaded metal insert fasteners.
Bearon completed the construction of an 80,000 sq/ft climate-controlled facility in Landisville, PA in 2020. The state of the art facility houses 30+ CNC machines, specially built equipment for custom applications, PVC forming equipment, and naval packing facilities and positions Bearon for continued growth and expansion into the future.
